Hotel getting tired looking. Stayed there when first opened.
Bathrooms definitely need updating.
Communication could be better when checking in about incidentals holding charge.
The location is GREAT very walkable to everything.
Sad that hotel with being bought by a Spanish chain has not recognized need to refurnish rooms in order to maintain status of staying at The James.

O hotel é bem localizado, mas apesar de ter ficado no 7° andar, achei o quarto barulhento, o banheiro muito frio, sem nenhum tipo de vedação, mas o que eu não curti foi o atendimento. Achei despretensioso e um pouco como se estivessem me fazendo um favor. Não voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.
