整體環境還可以，但就三部電梯，近中午時間客人集中下樓，高樓層要等2-3次才能等到空電梯下樓，不方便。另外，提前一個月訂的房型竟然比臨時訂更大的房型還貴，申請調房型或補差價，酒店都不予滿足。非常生氣。

Was unable to get early check in even though requested a few months back when initially booked. But that’s ok, they had a convenient luggage hold. And checkin at the ready time was very smooth! Biggest issue with this specific location, they have over 40 floors of rooms and only 2 elevators. It took forever to catch one anytime coming back to the room.
