Good location with subway nearby. Supermarkets is of walking distance. Grand Central Terminal is 2 streets away, very comvenient. Check in and out were swift and staffs were very friendly. The free flow coffee/ tea and water at level 2 is a bonus. Room is spacious and amenities were in place. Highly recommend this hotel.

Worst customer service. Beds feel like you are sleeping on cardboard boxes. Dirty and old furniture. Stay away. Carpets are dirty. Furniture looks so disgusting you don’t want to sit on them or put your laptop or other personal items. Carpet is old and worn out.

Booked a room for 4 people and received confirmation from website and Marriot. When we arrived, the room was unavailable and we had 1 bed for first night. Sleeping on a floor with the extra bkanket hotel offered was not a great start to family weekend in the city! Received a lackluster apology and promised points that never came, they refused refund and scolded me for booking through a third party site. Not what I expected from a brand name chain, I do not plan on using Marriot hotels again. It is not right for an international company with thousands of locations to confirm a booking and take payment, and then when something went wrong takr no action to remedy the situation.
