Good location with subway nearby. Supermarkets is of walking distance. Grand Central Terminal is 2 streets away, very comvenient. Check in and out were swift and staffs were very friendly. The free flow coffee/ tea and water at level 2 is a bonus. Room is spacious and amenities were in place. Highly recommend this hotel.

Kenia at the front desk is kind and full of good recommendations, helpful, and patient with kids. One of the guys (gray hair with a black baseball cap) next to the ATM, at the luggage his main job is getting vans for visitors if you ask him to do anything he is really rude and is not patient. Sadly the elevator is under maintenance so the checked-out can be a little crazy. They did provide a pack and play not a crib but it was good enough. The cleaning is good and the surroundings are safe enough. There is only one homeless person and it's right next to a really good Poke place.

This was an underwhelming hotel. Only one bath towel in the room. No bottled water - directed to a food stand on the corner. Refrigerator is separately sent to the room (tho no charge). Unfriendly staff. More than $400 per night. What are you actually paying for?

I stayed for two nights in April. The rooms, fixtures and fittings are tired, dated and in desperate need of a renovation. I stayed on 3rd floor so had the noise of the fans outside my room (I would have asked for a change but I was so tired ultimately it wasn’t an issue, but would have been if I was not). The staff are friendly and the hotel well situated, but for the price needs upgrading.
