Not bad for New York, it can accommodate 5-6 people including children

Location and facilities are great. Close to the subway station and they have a gym and a place for breakfast.
However, our room had a really strong smell that is coming from the carpet which smelled like bleach covering some vomit or stinky milk. It was so bad the minute you enter the room you can smell it. We tried opening the window for the whole night, the smell’s still here. Tried seek help from the front desk and they said they sent a machine to suck out the air in the room. But when we’re back to the room, it still stinks.
Also, the blanket for the sofa bed seems dirty, it has a lot of stains on it…

We had a great stay here! The staff was all very friendly and super helpful. The space was clean and had great amenities. The location has easy and close access to the subway to get everywhere in Manhattan. We will for sure be back.

We had a great experience and stay!!! The staff was so nice and friendly and helpful!!! Our room was amazing bc! We booked a corner King room so we’d have a great view and we sure did!! The room was VERY spacious and the view was incredible!! Close to the subway and the Japanese restaurant a block down was amazing! I would definitely stay here again!!
