General experience there is fair but we were annoyed by the automatic light in the bathroom. When we were showering, the light was automatically turned off so eventually we had to shower in the dark.

Sink was not working properly. Water did not run through easily.. room lighting not the best. Light Bedding sheets.

Visiting a sick family member at Mt Sinai Hospital in NYC and spent long days at the hospital. Needed help with last minute family documents like Wills, POA and DNRs. Couldn't find a way to print in the business center but at midnight, Willie Howard, the night auditor at the front desk, after working a double shift, calmed me down and had me email him the documents and he printed them in the correct format and saved the day - and a lot of heartache and frustration. He didn't have to do this, but he delivered in a big way. Examples like this are why I'm a Marriott customer for life. Give him a raise!$$$$$$$$$$$$$
