The location is a little south, but the subway station is right next to it, so it's easy to get around. The facilities are a bit old, but clean and the staff are friendly. I will use it again next time.

But no slippers, no toothpaste, no mineral water

Leider war der Raumservice nicht so berauschend. Handtücher nur für eine Person, obwohl 2 gebucht waren. Bettwäsche nur einmal gewechselt bei 8 Nächten . . .

This hotel was in the perfect location if you wanted to be away from the busyness of upper Manhattan. The subway was right in front to get you anywhere. The restaurant attached is excellent but a bit pricy and the staff here were very accommodating. Definitely would atay here again of we went back.

I stayed for business for the first time in this hotel. Very old rooms. They don't do room service e everyday and it's not called out during the reservation process. Toilet was leaking/ shower was splashing water everywhere. On top of that, I'm diamond and the app was offering paid upgrades and when I checked in, no upgrade was offered. Not returning here.

Upon arrival had to be at the front desk for 15 min trying to check in. Besides that, the room was great
