The ratings online are not high. I have stayed in other chain hotels before and thought they should be good. When I actually stayed, it was still ok. There were a lot of people staying there and the breakfast was OK. Although I didn't understand the language, I could see that they were all very welcoming. The location of the hotel is strategic in Madison square close (but not too much to be confusing) to Times Square. It should be noted that, however, it is located in a busy street with the stadium next to it and if there is a match in the evening, you can hear it!! Satisfactory breakfast included with the possibility of making your own waffles :). The room was spacious (for two it was fine) there was no hairdryer and it was immediately brought to me by the very kind reception girls. Average price in the city.

Poor breakfast option. Too much people. The room the gave me faced the garbage disposal area for the congruence of building and you could see the staff battling the rats when putting the trash out (makes you wonder how clean is the hotel itself)

Front desk check in was fast and efficient. There is an observation deck on the 32nd floor on the top of the building, although the view is limited, but it is also a small benefit for the guests to open for free in Times Square. It's just that the housekeeping is a little lacking, forgot to put soap and conditioner in the room 😳
