long waiting time for elevator

This hotel is iffy. it's a marriott so i expected it to be a bit better. they only gave a microwave in the lobby. when we were there, I went downstairs to check in for our second night and there's cops questioning a man and a baby is screaming and crying. I booked it because it was close to my job but I wouldn't pay more than $60 a night here.

The service at the front desk is very good and warm, but the room is super small. If you don’t have breakfast, you have to queue up. Others are ok

The location is very good, close to Times Square, and there are many restaurants around. The bathroom is quite big.

The location is great for exploring Times Square and the city. And the breakfast is delicious! The staff are very friendly. Overall the hotel is in excellent condition.

Its location is very good

Great hotel, everything is clean, the room is big enough, but the VERY BEST in this hotel is the location, literally you are connected with ALL NYC, and I mean all, even the 3 main airports have direct shuttle to this hotel, Les than 3 minutes walking to Times Square.

I stayed at the 4th floor next to the street. It was super noisy, I couldn’t have got any sleep without earplugs. The room was quite outdated and there was dust on the desk and few little trashes left on the floor. At the first morning at breakfast I wasn’t asked room number or anything, but the second I was and that felt odd and unpleasant also because anyone else weren’t asked about that who came after me.

The hotel smells delicious and the staff is super attentive and helped me with all the information I needed.

My only down part was that although check out was at 12 the maid came knocking to clean the room hours before hand which made us feel rushed.

Room was nice and clean, a nice update from the last time I stayed at this property. Close to Times Square. Breakfast was excellent with hot options. Great service from staff in the dining area, thank you Irma and Dinnarys for being very attentive to clients. I was able to store my luggage for a couple of hours, which was very helpful while exploring NYC before leaving for my flight. Overall, very cordial and attentive hotel staff. I would choose this Marriott hotel when visiting again.

Personal and service was very good. Room was clean, however, the floor was dirty. The hotel is near times square, for a tourist this is fantastic but its a very busy area, lots of tourists, lots of vagrants and the smoke of **** overwhelms you. Lots of restaurants in the area and central park is 10 minutes away. I had a good stay.
