The experience is super bad! As an old Ctrip, this is the first time I have encountered such a disturbing thing. The child's plane arrived late, so he confirmed with the hotel through Ctrip in advance, and the answer was that he would call the hotel after arriving at the designated place and he could pick up the plane. After landing that night, I contacted by phone, but I didn't answer it! After hesitating among several hotels, I finally chose the queen because they agreed to pick up the airport, but in the end I still took a taxi to the hotel.

Went to enjoy the Wes**inister Dog Show. Worst hotel experience ever and that's saying A LOT!!! Parking is $30/day and the hotel desk clerk was not helpful. Told me to park in the lot across the street or on the street. Lot across the street is the comfort inn up the road's. Hilton parking is a tiny spot after you drive around the building, you think there is no way your fitting around this building. Don't try to park on the road as the clerk advised, everyone had tickets on their cars!!! They added $150 incidental fee at check in!! No where is that fee listed. Windows all covered with plastic, non-stop beeping from the equipment they are using to paint the building that is going on till 7/7/2024 per the letter taped to the desk!! Thank God we are going to be more at the show grounds than here. FYI huge sanitation facility half a block away so tons of huge garbage trucks up and down the road. And to add WIFI was NOT FREE!!! If you're an honors member, if not it's another fee!! $800 for 2 nights of insanity! Save yourself the headache of beep beep beep!! Seriously non freaking stop!!! Go some place else!

Right at JFK so noisy due to jets! Bed was comfortable and bathroom was fine. Convenient.
