酒店是之前住過的，也發生了一點問題- 見***********上的評價（基本上是説房間內椅子是壞的，不僅不給換，而且其他不能換房間，結果我網上核實，房間還多得很！）當時是我正兒八經地給前台打電話要求跟他們值班經理講，才給我換。這一次我通過攜程預訂，是在其他地方訂了一晚上後的續住，續住之前我已經在房間裏呆過並且在洗手枱上留下了很多化粧品，很明顯，這房不能達到，更何款，【掛了請勿打擾牌】，下午2:30到酒店區重新辦理入住時她告訴我房間已經被打掃了。這次坑爹的是，清潔工把我一瓶【香奈兒】“扔掉了”，還有其他一些洗手枱上的零碎物品。我是攜程黑鑽貴賓，從小在英國讀書，國際旅行這麼多年，第一次聽説這麼多貴重物品在洗手枱上可以被清潔工當作“垃圾”扔掉？！我跟他們家講理，並要求取消這筆訂單，前台的這個女的還説他們清理天經地義並且也告知攜程客服是“政策”，我想詢問衞生部分她説他們不願接待？？？那“請勿打擾”牌子世界各地的酒店都不用掛了是嗎？不經允許進入房間，也不打電話聯繫一下，東西不翼而飛—- 是什麼梗？？我特地跑去15樓和14樓樓道清潔房內的垃圾桶去找了，視頻上顯示也沒有香奈兒。
我想説現在做生意確實慣用欺騙消費者的手段想説什麼“政策”嚴格，政策是誰制定的？政策代表的是商業，每個商業機構都必須尊重當地的法律，紐約法律保護tenants rights並且警告那些不遵守state law的酒店，隨意進房間拿（扔？）別人東西還好意思繼續收我錢？？種種表現來看，這個酒店的管理和人員全部有問題，更不用説，我第一次住的時候，他們還問我：你是亞洲人嗎？
建議攜程在接下來幾年裡弄一個評分功能，看看哪個海外酒店種族歧視最嚴重，哪個比較真心禮貌。2016到現在變化太大了，我在英國劍橋的時候沒遇到這種撒謊撒得還這麼不專業的。攜程客服也沒有再跟他們溝通的時候去提及法律的內容，衹管政策，你們總有一天要明白的，做生意不能違法。

Great location in Manhattan. Far enough from the craziness of Times Square but close enough to walk to Broadway to enjoy a night on the town. We will definitely stay at The Jewel again!!

The hotel is in a terrific location. The room was charming and cute. I was flying solo in NYC and the staff were so friendly to help me find places. They were all so very lovely. I definitely recommend this place to stay and will stay here again in the future.
