Very nice stay!! Central location in a safe neighborhood. The room I stayed in was clean and large with a view of the street below. Very old building, but the rooms are clean and well kept. No issues with plumbing. Did not try the restaurant but there is one on site. Coffee shop and restaurants right across street. Easy subway access. I had no issue getting there from JFK and leaving for LGA. Would 100% stay here again!

クラシカルスタイルのホテルでとても良かったです！
室内も個人的には大阪リッツカールトンのような高級感すら感じました。
立地はGrand Central Stからも歩こうと思えば歩けるくらいの距離で、Times Square付近までは地下鉄かタクシーで移動する形です。ホテル周辺はとても落ち着いていて日本でいうと日本橋や京橋付近と似ていて、DELIや$1Pizzaのようなお店はありません。大人な方向けの立地だと思います。
コーヒーメーカー、ドライヤーなど部屋の設備も申し分ないですが、冷蔵庫とミネラルウォーターは設置されてません。
立地に関しては滞在目的によって便利不便利が変わると思うのでなんとも言えないですが、トータル評価はとても高くいいホテルです！

Housekeeper decided since I had nothing in the closet that I left early hy a day but I had a charger on the night stand, clothes in the drawers and toiletries in the bathroom they decided to remove my items from the fridge and I complained but no replacements were made.

The convenience of being near to walking to the upper east side was the incentive. What we particularly enjoyed was that as a smaller hotel it felt cozy and clean. Desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast in the hotel dining area was lovely and the service exceptional.

Boutique hotel. Large rooms. Convenient location. HOWEVER, I was charged a $25. per day, plus tax, resort fee. When I enquired about the resort fee I was told it was because I booked through a third party not the hotel website. I asked where the amenities were for the resort fee. She said, "If we had a pool or a spa that would be what the charges were for. But since you booked through a third party we charge a resort fee to discourage that." Nothing was said at the time of booking about a resort fee. I didn't find out until checking in. I asked why the hotel would allow a third party vendor to book their hotel in the first place? She had no answer.
