Customer service specially at the reception desk was very poor - they would never say please or Thankyou. If you ask a question it’s too much trouble or work for them.
Overall experience was good but customer service is something that you need to take as a grain of salt when you visit /stay here

It was so old that the interior of the room was very worn, and I brought a shower filter with me, but once I showered, the filter turned black.
There was no refrigerator in the room, so I told the staff about it, and the first staff member said they knew, but the second staff member said that refrigerators were not available in all rooms, and I experienced inconsistent service, which was delivered 20 minutes later. It was not soundproofed and the traffic noise was too noisy, making it difficult to rest comfortably. It was the worst because I could hear everything being said in the room next door. I had a total rest of 10 days in New York and it was very different from the other hotel I stayed at before.

The hotel facilities are very complete and the location is only a 3-minute walk from Port Authority, which is very convenient for taking long-distance buses. This hotel must be bad. The bathroom of the first room leaked. I refused to change the room. Then I was offered a Marriott Gold Card to change the room. After the change, the air conditioner was not good and the warm air was not good. The sanitary conditions were not at the level of a guest house. The carpet smelled bad. I'm speechless.
