Loved our stay! Katie at the Roxy Bar was Ah-Mazing! She gave drink and food recommendations. She also shared some of her fav places to eat for us to check out during our NYC stay! Top notch service, awesome experience, we will be back to the Roxy next time we are in New York.

I always love my stay at The Roxy Hotel, the vibe is welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and staff is always friendly and welcoming. My most recent stay was kicked up a notch with the top service received at the lobby bar. The music in the lobby, delicious drinks and great food make it easy to stay in the hotel and not need to venture out. While enjoying my dinner and some cocktails the bartender, Bablu, took excellent of me - he handled a crowded bar with ease and was attentive to my needs as needed. His customer service is top notch, greeting each customer with a smile and excellent service. Overall, I highly recommend The Roxy Hotel and when you are there be sure to visit Bablu in the bar - you won’t be disappointed!

I wanted a space where I could treat myself after a big day but also be low key and I had the best bartender ever! She listened to my rambles, gave great vibes, and was stylish as all hell! Can't wait to go back! We talked about everything so I hope I didn't talk her ear off! Thank you Katie!!

Katie has been one of our best bartenders we've ever experienced and we've been everywhere all over the world. Her camaraderie and passion to make Exquisite drinks set the bar above and beyond. I would recommend keeping her for as long as you can because people like her are very hard to find.
