It was a perfect hotel for me .I was supposed to be at hotel at time square but they move me in Manhattan at time square and I enjoyed it because everything is nearby . I Iove it . Definitely will come back here . The only thing is not good is you can hear the people on next room .

Horrible service, parking is 4 blocks away, rude staff, rooms are tiny , loud and need to be updated badly. Elevators are VERYYYYY slow! pick a different hotel! Got charged a cleaning fee for leaving newspapers in the bathroom ...

They have great customer service. The receptionist Mo was very patient and polite. He resolved my issue right away and my time at the front desk was quick; he had me in and out. Will definitely book again! 10/10

It is terrible and very disrespectful. I had my reservation done more than a month in advance, then, the hotel canceled it less than 24h before my arrival. So, I did NOT stay there, because they canceled my stay, BUT they charged me the full price. It has been over 7 months, and they have never given me the money back. This is a headache. Very disappointing and disrespectful.

Price not worth the stay. It's filthy! It was bugs in the hallway and elevator. I called once I got to the room to let them know I wanted to leave. They said I could not and that I would have to speak with a manager

hice una reserva mediante hotel.com, la cual fue cancelada un ida antes dé nuestro viaje nos reubicaron a otro hotel pero procedieron a cobrar dos hoteles incluyendo el que habian cancelado y tenemos 6 meses enviando emails y llamando y todavia no nos devuelven el dinero. y tampoco nos presentan con una solucio. este hotel alega que la responsabilidad es de ********** y ********** alega que es responsabilidad de the hotel at tiemsquare.

What a disappointment from their web site to the actual Hotel. False website, no coffee machine or kettle not even a cup in room to get a drink of water. The bath was rusted, not healthy and they want a resort fee also. Advertisement not delivered.
