Room looks dated, does not look like pictures. Shower ran out of hot water once.
Sound proof is not great, no outside sound but very loud from inside hotel. Housekeeping service and other guest extremely loud.

La ubicación es muy buena, el hotel es limpio y cómodo pero nos robaron, nos quejamos en la recepción y jamás hicieron nada, ni siquiera una disculpa ofrecieron, no quisieron mostrarnos los videos de los pasillos, nunca hubo un gerente con el cual nos pudiéramos dirigir, después checando las opiniones de este hotel, vimos que hay bastantes quejas de robos, tengan mucho cuidado porque el hotel no se hace responsable de nada

My friends and I reserved 2 rooms back in April and they were confirmed. A day before received email welcoming us for our stay at the NYMA Hotel with pictures of the hotel. Arrived and was told hotel was closed and reservations were moved to a hotel across the street and they had no rooms with the previously requested king (2) beds. No option but accept since it was marathon weekend and all rooms in the city booked. No apologies, no explanation. Many others in the hotel had the same experience and were angry. Can a hotel get away with this????

I booked my stay in NYC through *********** in July, and less then 2 weeks prior to my trip then cancelled saying they over booked. Well be carefull this hotel, I have been to NYC many times but this is a first!

Posizione comodissima per visitare new york,personale cortese e gentile. Non effettuano il riordino della stanza e il cambio della biancheria da bagno a meno che non venga espressamente richiesto. Camere comode,minimal,giuste per chi ha bisogno di un piede a terra a new york. Affacciarsi al mattino e trovare davanti l'empire state building non ha prezzo. In compenso consigliamo di dare una rimodernato ai bagni.
