Lovely hotel with excellent service, clean, quiet rooms which are spacious — especially for New York — and a location that can’t be beat. Bryant Park is a treasure, and directly across the street, and the theatre district is just a short walk. Highly recommend the Bryant Park Hotel.

Outstanding service from the first second! Managed to park our rental car right outside the entrance and a very friendly staff member took care of our luggage. Checking-in was the way you want it; fast and friendly. Our rooms, overlooking Bryant Park, were really nice. Everything you can possibbly expect. Next time we need a hotel room in Manhattan we'll book the Bryant Park Hotel. Throughout our stay the staff did everything that can possibly be expected. Jo Kinsella brought two espressos to our room and we had a nice chat. That's the way to build a friendly relation. Looking forward to our next stay

We had a great six night stay in one of the junior suites. The room was huge, especially the bathroom, which is really a stand-out in NYC. The housekeepers were great and left our room looking spotless everyday. The first night of our stay we had some light coming into our room from one of the neighboring buildings. A staff member arrived within 20 minutes and delivered two eyes masks. The next morning we had a note on the door from the GM offering us another room, then they followed up with a phone call. We opted to stay put because the room had a gorgeous view and the eye masks solves the issue. You couldn’t ask for more attentive service. There were some really nice touches too, like a heater in the bathroom, a noise machine and iced lemon water at the elevator entrance. The location is central and close to everything. I would defintely stay again.
