Americana Inn was having work done so we were sent to sister hotel Belvedere where we were upgraded to king size bed with private bathroom. Fabulous! View from top floor was great.

It was nice that the bathroom was clean, and I didn't run into other guests during my stay. The staff are kind.

Very clean hotel. Although it has shared bathrooms it was always very clean. Rooms are basic, small, but for location a good choice.

Wi-Fi繋がるだけで、ラインなどの通知は来るけどYou Tubeは見れない、ラインのトークに入れないなど使い物にならない。
朝早く出てグランドセントラル駅や地下鉄のWi-Fiは普通に使えたので、ホテルのWi-Fiがショボいだけかと。
後、バスでシャワーからお湯出ずに蛇口からしか出ない？

The rooms are small, no enough blankets for this cold weather!!!!! The TV kept switching itself on and off!!!! Not clean enough!

Unfortunately, my bed was infested with bed bugs and I got covered in bites staying here. Disgusting. I have asked for a refund but unfortunately, I only noticed that I was covered in bites on the day of leaving, so they are refusing even a partial refund. I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone stay here after the experience I had. I wish to be refunded for my stay and for The Americana Inn to get rid of the bed bugs so it is safe for future guests.
