Still a pretty good hotel, in the center of the city center. Overall clean and tidy, and the price is reasonable. The service attitude is still relatively friendly, overall.

Avvisato L hotel del problema , zero collaborazione, hanno solo detto che se non mi fossi presentato il giorno del check-in la prenotazione sarebbe stata cancellata con annessa penale da pagare. Excelente ubicación y atención del personal de recepción. En particular, Carlos nos ha apoyado, muy amablemente, en todas nuestras dudas y consultas. La habitación es muy funcional, aunque podría mejorar el espacio si se cambia el aire acondicionado por uno más pequeño o se coloca más arriba. También podrían agregar un frigobar. La insonorización de las ventanas y el extractor del baño y la presión del agua en la ducha deberían ser mejoradas.

J’ai mis juste du temps a le trouver. Les douche cava femme de ménage nettoyage tous les jours la chambres et il y’a un rooftop a 5m a bien avec vue sur une partie de New York

Excelente custo-benefício. O quarto é pequeno, mas estávamos com 4 malas e foi super possível nos acomodarmos e abrimos as malas. Cama confortável, vários pontos de tomada, chuveiro bom e bom sistema de aquecimento. Fica muito perto de vários pontos turísticos, lojas e estações de metrô, o que facilita muito. Equipe educada, apesar de bastante reduzida. O isolamento acústico não é muito bom e por isso pode atrapalhar o sono de algumas pessoas.

I needed with cancel my booking within 24hrs due to illness. I was charged a fee of $150+. I asked to have the fee waived as I'd like to reschedule in the future once I get better. I was declined by Management and then told by the front desk that the hotel will not approve fee waivers because it's bad for their business. I replied, that I'd like to reschedule my trip in the future ($2000+) stay once I've gotten better and re-coordinated my vacation plans with my job. I was told the hotel cannot accommodate clients personal issues and it's only a one night cancelation fee. I will not spend my money here in the future. Enjoy the $150 - I'll take my $2000+ to a hotel that puts its client's first. It's my business decision.

I personally didn't visit; yet my general manager and reception manager were. I contacted the Front Desk and Salma was amazing to assist me to put a little order in their rooms. Salma succeeded and they were very happy with the surprise upon arrival.

2nd time to stay in this hotel, Great Location, Room was cleaned every day, and Steven was so helpful when we arrived and gave us plenty of useful information, delighted with our stay (I had booked a different hotel but when we arrived in New York it was shocking - so bad we left it, so I went online and thankfully got a room here) The smell of fresh coffee each morning from the star bucks next door was lovely. Great hairdryer to. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
