Best Location, Best Roof top, Best Staff we have bin coming to the Refinery for the past 8 years, and we always get the same exceptional welcome. They staff are always amazing and friendly, always have a smile. Good Job................................

Everyone should stay here whilst in New York. The excellent location makes for a great base to visit the city. All staff we encountered were fabulous and you must do the Dinner with a View deal it was fantastic. Overall 10/10

the hotel location is fantastic, close enough to Times Square - but not too close. The staff is super helpful and they go out of their way to help you. The rooms are super clean. The hotel often have a small ensemble of very talented musicians/singers in the bar during the evening. A great place to go at the end of the night and enjoy a cocktail. I highly recommend The Refinery.

It's been many years since we've left a hotel feeling so amazed and inspired. From the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby, we were greeted by a welcoming and wonderful ambience and team. Gabriel checked us in and made sure all of our accommodations were met. Throughout the stay, we were continuously touched by the intentional details of the hotel and the thoughtful attentiveness of the team. The Refinery leaves us feeling grateful, excited to return, and smiling (as their motto reminds us to "keep smiling...it makes people wonder where you've been").
