The room would be great if things were working…the thermostat needed to be brought right up to the unit to sense temperature controls; the microwave didn’t work and they could not fix it, had to wait 36 hours for a follow up repair, that did not work-a huge inconvenience. And then a room cleaning was scheduled but housekeeping never came after a 6 hour wait.

The hotel is right in the center, very convenient for you to connect to the main points of new york. Fully furnished rooms and new equipment. staff is very slow and stocky still. do not help guests when checking in.

系統提醒我點評，才想到有義務説明一下。該酒店設施比較老舊，供暖系統就是就是一台熱風機，每次噪音很大，吹得房間都極其乾燥。説是酒店但是管理十分隨意，類似於公寓。同等價位到旁邊的酒店也能找到不錯的房間，要不是趕時間我也不會預訂，下次應該也不會了。

房間有黴味。淋浴裏出來的水總是不熱。沒有洗頭洗髮水沒有沐浴露。住了四天都不提供房間打掃服務。40層樓就兩部電梯還有一部是經常壞。以後沒得酒店住都不會在選這家！！！住過的最差的酒店沒有之一。

근데 이튿날아침에 하우스키퍼분인지 누군지 문따고들어와서 놀램
다른 호수에서 불렀는데 우리방 잘못 찾은 느낌
영어가 안돼서 나중에 파파고로 얘기하니까 미안하다고는 하는데
가성비 괜찮지만, 꼭 이중장치 하고 자기!
