The location is worth every penny! You are so close to everything! The pictures are a bit deceiving. The rooms are not that big but still a great stay!

The best is the location, in the center and close to everything. Also well connected to public transport. Quiet zone. We were five men and we fit in well, but I admit that the room is small and the queen beds (135cm) are somewhat small if you sleep with another wide man. But they are comfortable. The room itself was clean but felt a bit old and worn a lot. We had a small window. Small kitchen but perfect for breakfasts/meals. If you are going to do more life in the room, perhaps this is not your place. If, however, you are only going to use it for breakfast, showering and sleeping, you will have no problems.

Small studio apar**ent in an excellent location!! A little noisy (not so much due to the traffic, but due to the systems in the bathroom), but they manage the situation by providing earplugs directly in the room.
I recommend it, especially to those who have a few days available and want to enjoy the city without wasting time traveling.

For the amount of money to stay here (over $3k for a week) you would anticipate cleanliness and no roaches. Well, there were roaches in the lobby and laundry room. Scary 😦 Upon arrival, it was over an hour trying to find someone to store my luggage since early check in cost more money.
I will say Yulia, my host, was somewhat responsive and I didn't complain to her as i never saw roaches in my room. However, There are no amenities. There isn't someone there to assist me at all times. It's basically a very expensive hostel. I will not be returning.

It was very convenient to downtown Manhattan. The parking was very stressful, but very close to the apar**ent. It is on the same street. The parking attendant was not American so very hard to understand. We had a good trip though.
