給了我們一樓的房間，比較暗，加上地板地毯老舊，體驗感比較差。但其他物品質量上乘。比如衞生間大理石。衞浴用品，床品等。

整個building和裝飾很復古，很喜歡這種style！房間內雖小但佈置的很温馨，特別是窗簾很喜歡，在晨日的陽光下透着布藝窗簾大小不一的洞洞，散發著五彩繽紛若隱若現的彩光很是漂亮！每個房間有各自的露台，從早到晚隨時可以感受到NYC的熱鬧街景。很棒的體驗。一樓的酒吧也很復古漂亮，晚上的氛圍很棒，服務很周到！周邊也很安全，步行都可以到達想去的目的地。

What an experience! I treated myself to a one night stay while I was in NYC and loved every minute of it. The ambience of the hotel exceeded expectations (and the expectations were high), the staff were a delight, the room was incredible, and the cocktails spot on! I booked 'the Chelsea' style room and opted to have a balcony and bath - well worth the extra. It felt lux and cosy all at the same time. Loved the extra appeal that comes from staying in a hotel that has colourful residents and the uniqueness (and sax solo) that brought. It already has a head start with the history that lines very crevice of the hotel, and the respectful updo and hospitable team, just adds to the magic... and it really is magic.

Two night stay for business, ate great meals in the hotel, the staff is incredibly engaging and helpful. My only complaint is the reading lights next to the bed are very low light, it would be helpful to have a good light to read by. Sound on TV in both of our rooms was not good, very muffled.

This a special place for those into its cultural history! Get a room with a balcony and listen and read the artists who authored works there!

My stay here was exceptional. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a stunning view of the city. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all the major attractions. One suggestion would be to improve the Wi-Fi speed, as it was a bit slow during peak hours. Overall, a fantastic experience.
