The location of the hotel is convenient, and the room is not too small. Looking at the center of New York City, the room is a bit old, and the facilities are average. Overall, the front desk staff is friendly, and the overall feeling is good

Really great location. Right near train. Room is small but it does it’s job! The bathroom was really nice. I was in love with the wall!!

The service was okay. But at the checkout they surprised me with a 130USD of hidden fees.
The comforter didn't have a cover and when I ask for one they told me that it wasn't possible.
We only had 2 pillows that felt really cheap and we were suppose to have a queen mattress but we only got a double.
There's a lot of noise in the room and a lot of light even with the curtain fully closed.
The doormen looked very bored and they never opened the door or even said hi to us.
The location is very good, and the room was clean.

Location and management is great! Spacious room and pretty quite. Breakfast is just ok, and the facility is a bit older than expected.

Front desk gave us a free upgrade to a king from a queen. We were very grateful. The whole experience was less than 24 hours and we were very happy with our stay. Was asked if we wanted champagne, expecting a glass, but we were given a whole bottle! Lol wasn't ready for that but cool! Room was very clean, quite hotel, definitely recommend

House keeping was sub par...stingy on the towels, TP, and Tissues.....fridge wasn't cold and couldn't be adjusted.

Great location . Has a roof top bar , close to times square. Parking available( validated up to ~15$ a day).

I really liked the fact is very close to Central Park and also a walkable distance from Times Square. I loved the fact there is a rooftop (which I visited in my previous visit). The people from the front desk were beyond nice and there even was a happy hour where you could have some bubbly wine.
