Staypineapple, An Artful Hotel, Midtown New York

Close to station. 20 minutes walk to Times Square. Clean hotel.

Trendy hotel. The service was excellent. In a good location just south of the Times Square crowd. I stayed here for just a night on my first trip to NYC. I am glad I did. The amenities, like unlimited bottled water, are a plus. The bed was super comfortable. The room was clean and updated. Only negative was that the USB ports did not work, but luckily I brought my wall charger with me and that worked. I also wish the bed-side speaker were Bluetooth-compatible, but, of course, this is a minor dig and irrelevant to most. My view was meh, but luckily I was not able to hear any street noise from my tiny queen-bed room on the 22nd floor. I would definitely stay here again.

I did nt actually stay in this hotel but my relatives did but they were very accommodating and welcoming to me even going as far offering me one of their bikes without a charge even though I offered to pay and also letting me store my luggage on the last day. If I return to new York I shall be looking to book this hotel

I stayed at the Pineapple Hotel with my daughter - aged 13 - just me and her. What a fabulous hotel. Perfect location, walking distance from Penn Station with suitcases, just a block and half from Times Square. We felt to so safe in our little bubble, my daughter asked if we could stay there for ever! Yes the room was small, but we were never in it, just to sleep, and the bathroom and bedding were amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend it. Good hair dryer, plenty of plugs, never had to wait for the lift. Freddie on Reception deserves a special mention, he was so helpful with directions and tips. I took instant hot chocolate powder which just needed hot water which we got from reception as we headed home after very long days and nights.

This hotel was in a great location within a 10 minute walk to Javits. Also about a 10-15 to Penn Station and Time Square. Hotel is well maintained and very comfortable. I would stay here again!
