The service was okay. The hygiene is not bad, but the hygiene is cleaned once every two days. The surrounding restaurants are convenient and the facilities are average, which is okay.
There is a garbage station downstairs. The noise is loud at 2/3 o'clock at night and lasts for at least 15 minutes (I live on the 5th floor, an expensive apar**ent, on the side affected by the street; on higher floors, or facing away from the street) One side, I don’t know)

Trendy hotel. The service was excellent. In a good location just south of the Times Square crowd. I stayed here for just a night on my first trip to NYC. I am glad I did. The amenities, like unlimited bottled water, are a plus. The bed was super comfortable. The room was clean and updated. Only negative was that the USB ports did not work, but luckily I brought my wall charger with me and that worked. I also wish the bed-side speaker were Bluetooth-compatible, but, of course, this is a minor dig and irrelevant to most. My view was meh, but luckily I was not able to hear any street noise from my tiny queen-bed room on the 22nd floor. I would definitely stay here again.

Modern very comfortable beds and pillows! Shower on suite well stocked with quality products. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but have everything you need and replenished daily. Central for walking everywhere in NYC ! Definitely worth it we would stay again.

Cozy, clean, lovely staff, great location. One of my favorite hotel stays ever. Each room perfectly appointed; hotel well-kept, well-organized and the pervasive love for dogs is delightful. The emphasis on decreasing waste by giving visitors a reusable bottle is a win-win. Can't wait to stay again.
