There is no way to get a refund even if you don’t go to stay after making a reservation, so it is recommended to buy one when booking to have no worries about refunds or changes.
The price is quite cheap, much cheaper than hotels in Shanghai.

All staff are friendly
The facilities were very clean compared to my room, and there was no (damp) smell from the bedding and towels.
Breakfast is provided free of charge, and water and coffee are always available in the lobby, which was very convenient.

The hotel is located near Times Square. It provides free coffee and hot drinks 24 hours a day. The waffles for breakfast are delicious. There are security guards at the door to ensure safety. The service attitude at the front desk is also very good. Check-out is quick.
