The Merrion Row Hotel is a gem! Just walking in off of busy 45th Street you are welcomed by warm staff and a cozy interior. It feels European in all the best ways. The restaurant and bar are delightful and the food delicious. The room was clean and spacious and very comfortable. You will to be disappointed! I can’t wait to stay here again.

A really nice boutique hotel in the midst of All the activity in Times Square, everything about the hotel is really quite nice except the bed was really firm, and the pillowcases were really hard to the point where I had some trouble sleeping so if you like firm, it's great if not, not so great also, I didn't like the fact that there wasn't a coffee maker in the room, not a big deal but nothing like having to go all the way downstairs and pay for a cuppa coffee, additionally, they give you a $25 coupon for the restaurant but the price of everything is jacked up 300% so it's really kind of a fake coupon to get you to spend more money, if you're OK with super firm bedding and hard pillows, it's a great place :))

Great location, room very comfortable and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast was good and staff always on hand to help. Located in midtown everything was easy to access and could walk everywhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable, and very clean. Brunch in the restaurant was excellent. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The location was right off Times Square but still quiet and peaceful if you can believe it. Would 100% stay here again.

There was hair everywhere the floor the bed the showers. The pillows was rock hard I couldn’t sleep at all. I saw a rat in the bathroom under the drain. There were bed bugs and cockroaches everywhere. The breakfast was stale and undercooked no flavour at all. The servers were all grumpy and rude did not want to help me. I had to carry my own luggage to my room. I waited 3 hours for the receptionist to come to the counter. Horrible experience totally don’t recommend. There was fight too

Small room, great location, friendly staff, but got charged a $75 fee per night upon booking, then when checking out got an extra $25 per night.
You also get a $25 coupon per night for the restaraunt, but we weren't able to use it, just seemed kinda like a ridiculous extra surcharge
