It's a good price-performance hotel. I like it very much. The location is convenient, fast, safe, and the experience is very good. The service staff is very nice. In short, it's a hotel that I would like to come back to live in again

The night club culture in this hotel ruins it for the rest of us. The thumping kept me up past 3:00 am two nights in a row. Even sleep buds couldn’t mask the noise and vibration. The third night I was so exhausted I nodded right off, thankfully. I love the design of the hotel and think the room layout and beds are great. But the clubs are a deal breaker. I gotta sleep. I think the clubs should be prominently covered in the hotel description (including the operating hours) so that potential customers can make an informed choice.

We were put on the 35th floor and there is a night club 3 stories above us. The bass from the club can be heard and felt three floors down in our room. We were told sound machines would help (yet they don’t have them) and there was no where else they could put us. If you are sensitive to noise at all, I’d recommend a recommend passing on this place.

We live in Brooklyn and decided to do a night in the city. Had a nice cool rustic decor vibe to the place and room which was calming. Whole Foods right around the corner so perfect placement to get some late night snacks. Valet parking available right at the door and staff were very nice and accommodating.

Great ambience, tremendous service by every single member of the ample staff, and very good restaurant. The room was small but very stylish and functional; quite happy with it. I chose this property due to longtime previous experience with the Renaissance brand, and because it was an event in Chelsea that took my to NYC; not only did it not disappoint, but I loved it and would happily stay there again.

Nice property centrally located. The room (corner, city view) was tiny but this is NYC. No fridge and very limited storage / hanging options. Small in the loby bar was fine, did not try the restaurant. Limited interaction with staff but they were friendly. Biggest complaint is there is a nightclub attached and we were brushed aside / held back by a security guard while trying to get on the elevator to our room so they could let a group from the club on. We are a paying guest just the same, guard was rude.
