儘管預算有限，但是我還是想住一間浴室套間，所以我選擇了貝爾諾德酒店。我一個人在這裏住了8天的雙人間。房間不大，但物有所值。酒店整潔，員工都很乾練。雖然酒店在居民區，但是由於毗鄰地鐵，所以離景點還算比較近。每天早晨，我都會去哈德遜河的林蔭小路上或者是中央公園慢跑。 酒店周圍有咖啡館、餐廳、Barnes and Noble書店、便利店、T.J.MAXX（特價名牌店）、香蕉共和國（Banana Republic）等等

Estafadores. Mi pareja y yo teníamos una reserva para la semana de fin de año en Nueva York en este hotel. A dos semanas de ir, nos escriben que el hotel ha cerrado y lamentablemente nos tienen que cancelar la reserva (sin darnos alternativa). Lo peor de todo es que el importe de la noche que te cobran al hacer la reserva, después de más de un mes reclamándolo, aún no me lo han devuelto, no contestan a mis emails y no sé nada de ellos.

I reserved a double room 1 month in advance, arrived in the hotel they assigned me a room on first floor, when I opened the door I thought it was a mistake, instead it was reality! The room it's small, small and small. 2 people can't stay at the same time in the room, I put my luggage on the bed and the bathroom it's less bigger than a closet. This is the worst hotel experience in my life. My dog's bed is bigger than the room they gave me.....

Nunca me había pasado algo así en años que llevo viajando y reservando a través de Booking. Tras confirmar mi reserva inicialmente, la cancelaron tres semanas después (a menos de dos meses de la estancia). Desde Booking alegaron a razones de overbooking, algo que me parece lamentable, ya que no concibo que estas prácticas estén permitidas en una plataforma así, y mucho menos que no lo avisen antes de hacer la reserva. En Google Maps aparece que el hotel está cerrado permanentemente, pero no me fío de nada ya. No recomiendo para nada este "hotel".

Hotel poco serio! ha preso la caparra mesi fa e a 10 giorni prima della partenza ci hanno cancellato la prenotazione dicendo che chiuderanno e la caparra non ci è stata restituita. Fate attenzione!! Mai successa una cosa così indecente!!!!
