I went to New York to find friends. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Queens Plaza, which is relatively close, but the environment near the hotel is rather bad. The lobby is very small, and there is only one person at the front desk, which is a bit too busy. The rooms are not bad, new and clean, but the soundproofing is poor. At night, there was a party next door. I called the front desk to complain and sent someone over to be quiet.

This hotel is clean and comfortable . Great TV channels such as HBO and Food Network, friendly staff, and free coffee and ice water in the lobby made things very pleasant. The price was half what I would pay if staying in the Times Square area. Street parking was easy to find. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 starts is that the location is a couple of blocks outside the Queens Plaza area, in a somewhat struggling neighborhood. It was pretty deserted at night so even though the subway was nearby, I felt a little concerned for safety.

One of the best locations in NY due to the closeness to the city by only two metro stations and very safe area due to police efficiency in NY. Was there for business but enjoyed to the max. The crew was very helpful and the hotel was very new when I traveled.

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AT RECEPTION FOR A SIMPLE QUESTIONS. AND WHEN THEY DO NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING AND TRANSFERS YOU! I NEED SOMEONE TO REACH OUT TO ME. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL!

vom Hotel liegen 4 Metrostationen in Fussnähe, auch wenn die Gegend um das Hotel nicht so toll ist, haben wir uns immer sicher gefühlt; als Frühstück kann man das was da angeboten wird nicht bezeichnen (Muffins aus der Tüte und Fruchtriegel -beides keine gute Qualität-); der Raum wirkt lieblos und wird nur sporadisch gereinigt (liegt im Keller, Personal kommt nur zum auffüllen der Tüten)
