Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely convenient room, excellent location to explore the city. Carnegie Hall steps away, Central Park just two blocks away, fabulous deli market nearby, great restaurants within walking distance, convenient to bus stops and Metro, easy walk to MOMA….

This hotel is in a great location. A couple minutes walk to Central Park. Walkable to Guggenheim Museum, Broadway, Empire State, USS Intrepid, MoMA, The Met. Great food options near the hotel. The room we had was quiet and nicely decorated, and immaculately clean. I recommend this hotel.

In case the front desk (purposefully) forgets to inform you, breakfast is served daily on the 2nd floor in the owner’s lounge, and your room key unlocks the door. Gym is decent. They allowed us one housekeeping service during a 5-night stay.

O atendimento do hotel é atencioso e simpático, com vários funcionários sempre disponíveis no lobby. A entrada é discreta, mas as acomodações são amplas, confortáveis, modernas e bem equipadas. A Wi-Fi gratuita é ótima, a TV é grande e tem muitos canais, e a cafeteira é boa e foi utilizada diariamente. A proximidade com um supermercado 24 horas, farmácia, restaurantes e lojas é conveniente, e é possível ir a pé até o Carnegie Hall, Rockefeller Center, Times Square e Broadway, o que foi perfeito para a nossa semana aqui.

The location is excellent. The hotel and rooms are fully renovated. Our room and bathroom were large for NYC Standards. The service was perfect. I cannot more highly recommend this wonderful place. We will be returning in the future.
