Excellent location within a short walk to almost every subway line. Unfortunately that means it can be a little loud, but it never woke me up.
Incredibly friendly staff are always on hand, 24/7.
The included breakfast is more than adequate; bagels, juice, yoghurt, pastries.
The room has a good shower, comfy bed, and good TV with chromecast-ability.

The staff members were all excellent - helpful and pleasant and went all out to make the visit comfortable. The breakfast was a treat - all facilities were clean and convenient.

We had to find a hotel at the last minute due to an apartment building fire and our granddaughter being hospitalized. Michael at the front desk was so accommodating and compassionate. The room was large and clean and they offered breakfast that we were able to grab before leaving. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to Michael for being such an amazing employee (and person).

I loved my stay here. Breakfast included is a plus. Room is big and clean. I loved the wood floors! Comfortable bed. My room was quiet- other reviews complained of noise. Did not experience noise at all. Staff are so nice and accommodating!! I will stay here again.

Location is excellent, close to trains and restaurants. Parking garage is next door.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The mattresses in the room are not firm though.
Overall great stay at the hotel!
