This is a great hotel in the Bronx. I had previously written a review after our wonderful check in experience with Marisol when we arrived. She was kind and professional and upgraded our room which got our trip off to the perfect start, very appreciated by our teenager! I’m writing a new review to again reiterate what an excellent stay we’ve had. All the staff are extremely helpful and nice and they really make it a great place to stay. Donisha at breakfast was especially helpful and I really enjoyed talking with her each morning, she was also so kind and professional. The hotel is clean, spacious and the rooms are comfortable and updated. I highly recommend for a stay in the Bronx. Thank you!

This is an excellent hotel and we had a wonderful experience for our first trip to the Bronx. Marisol at the front desk was kind and professional when we checked in and upgraded our room so that we had extra space with our teenager. It was so appreciated and the room was beautiful and spacious. The hotel is modern and clean and the beds and shower are excellent. I can see why the hotel has such excellent reviews. The staff make it a wonderful place and I highly recommend it if you are staying in the Bronx!

I just wanted to thank everyone at the Marriott in the Bronx for the amazing hospitality. Annie and Liz were so incredible in making the kids feel so welcomed and special. They went above and beyond with our every need especially during breakfast. I look forward to coming back again.

Stayed at this hotel for a wedding over Labor Day weekend. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Reserved one and two bedroom suites which were very spacious and, comfortably accommodated several guests. If you are unfamiliar with NYC, plan travel to/from hotel accordingly, as traffic can be a nightmare. The entire staff was very warm and welcoming. Winzell (guest services) was absolutely amazing. She was genuinely concerned about me and my guests being comfortable and having an enjoyable stay. Thanks to Winzell and her great customer care, I will definitely return. I highly recommend this location.

Stayed here on a Friday night for my significant others birthday. Liana R was AMAZING and such a great help. Made it a point to make him feel so special and helped me arrange balloons to be delivered and set up the room for me! Check in was a breeze and the option to have a Mobil key was so convenient! There is a full bar in the lobby which set the vibe! The suite was amazing so clean full sized fridge and a stovetop and stocked with cups and silverware,etc( even a bag of popcorn for us to make and snack on!) The bathroom was sparkling and spacious and both of us were able to get ready with ample room. Checkout was 12 which is so awesome to be able to relax and sleep in. Cannot say enough great things about this hotel and their staff! This is the ONLY place I’ll ever stay in the Bronx and tell all my friends and family as well!! Thank you again Liana for your amazing customer service and Bravo to Residence Inn by Marriott for setting the standards high!!
