If you’re being offered this hotel by American Airlines because of a cancelled flight stay literally anywhere else. They didn’t know what to do with passengers from American Airlines even though this must happen all the time. We were made to stand outside in the rain at 11pm while they incompetently called American Airlines to ensure they got their money before I could come inside. They were rude, the hotel is dirty, my room was in the basement and smelt of **** and cigarettes. The pillow cases were dirty. DO NOT STAY HERE! If someone from American Airlines is reading this, stop using this hotel. And if you’re concerned about Covid, no one working here wore masks!

Abbiamo prenotato a New York in questo hotel in emergenza,per solo una notte, per via di un volo perso all'aeroporto di New york. Sono rimasta soddisfatta ... esternamente l'edificio non è particolarmente bello ,ma dentro ho trovato le stanza pulitissima , arredamento nuovo, stanza insonorizzata, letto comodo ,bagno ben accessoriato con diversi kit saponi, Non siamo riusciti a fare colazione,inoltre ,se ricordo bene...qualità prezzo ok

My stay was excellent. The rooms are a little small. And in the hallway the doors are to close tog. It was a little bit noisey in the hallway while you are trying to sleep. But other than that it was overall excellent breakfast was great.

Made a reservation through ******* for a one night stay and when i got to the hot he said he couldnt find it and they were all sold out of rooms. Unnacceptable.

The room was nice with a clean bathroom and an above average breakfast included.
There was no soap caddy in the shower so we had to open the shower door to get the soap from the sink, use the soap, and put it back in the sink each time of use. This was the most annoying exp. The great breakfast made us forget this bathroom flaw. However, the caddy problem needs a fix.
