所有的房間都朝向馬路 隔音效果不好 早上噪音很大 離譜的是我提前好幾天預訂的價格比當天到旅館後的價格高600多人民幣 我實際付款1780點 不值得推薦的酒店

This wasn't my first time staying at this property. It won't be my last either. The Best Western Sheepshead Bay has pleasant staff and nice accommodations. Parking is first come first served and fills up.

I actually had to cancel my trip, and discovered I would still be charged for the room rate. I spoke to Shahedur at the front office. He was extremely helpful in cancelling my stay without paying a fee. I am extremely grateful for his patience and understanding. Excellent customer care!!!

We had an unforeseen issue that affected our reservation and the front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated. We are very grateful, and will certainly seek out this property again the next time we’re in Brooklyn.

Excellent continental breakfast. Excellent customer service. Rooms clean and nice. Staff was friendly. Food was amazing for breakfast. Kid friendly. Comfortable beds. Easy access to restaurants. Updated rooms with great water pressure. Shahedur had wonderful customer service and made our stay better. Thank you so much!
