There is a fee for luggage deposit, the suitcase is 3$, professional hotel service with everything in a clean, small room, low cost employees, but decent bed, new and clean… pretty good for the price.

Very bad.. There were mites on the bed and the bedding was very dirty. I had an allergy all over the next day. I will never stay here again and I don’t recommend everyone to stay here! ! ! ! ! !

I regret booking this hotel, i spent New Year there but i regret booking the hotel, the room is small, no toothbrush, no slippers and i woke up to shower around 11 am no hot water, this is surprising in New York City and i spent almost $700 / night, what makes me angry the most was i booked the hotel on Trip.com i paid but when i arrived the ask me about $43 for tax i told them no problem i will pay but they are telling me they don’t collect cash and i don’t have card with me, the security advised me to buy a gift card and pay with which i confirm with them and they told me no problem, i went to CVS pharmacy opposite the hotel and bought a $50 card i came back to pay they told me to wait for and hour before i can use it and they cannot checked me in i was so angry and tired, after an hour i went to them but they told me they cannot use American Express they can only use VISA gift back i have to go and buy another card, so my stay was not good at all have a nice day.

I booked the largest room type, but it turned out to be on the 8th floor. It was in the style of a Samsung nightclub. It was super expensive, which is a shame. This hotel is only suitable for the standard minimum area. Most of them are young people. It is cheap and has a good view. The rooms are basically full.
