Second time staying at this hotel. Great stay all around but 2 smaller things…some of the furnishings were a bit outdated and the shower did not have a full length door/enclosure. All around, this is a very solid option in a good location, easy transport access and friendly staff.

The room was lovely and large. All the staff were friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Mayerly at the front desk, who gave us much information and was extremely friendly. Suggestion for improvement: provide larger guest towels. A hotel of this caliber should upgrade a bit.

An indoor pool in nyc??! Incredible and better than the pictures. Just far enough away from the mayhem of the city, so convenient w the subway stop right there. I have 2 little little kids— the in room fridge was larger than most, the dishes and silverware and little kitchen counter were so useful. And they give away teddy bears which is so sweet and they felt so special.

The standing charger for the iPad they provide you with didn’t work in our room at all. Also Netflix & screen sharing both didn’t work on the TV. Also there were no drawers in the nightstands which I thought was odd - like they were taken out for some reason. The kitchen however was a great feature in this room with several nice appliances.

Hotel is amazing. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff that goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Love the Turkish spa and pool. Will definitely be back!
