It is near Times Square, and it is very convenient to go to many attractions. It is a good thing to have breakfast in New York, because it can save a lot of meal expenses. There are other restaurants outside that are open until late, so it is very convenient to buy supper at night. The disadvantage is that when booking the room, it is specially stated that children and adults share the same room. I booked a double room but there were three people, but they were charged extra because it did not appear on his computer. Even if I showed him my order, he insisted on adding the fee every day... The hotel was warm and welcoming on our arrival.Check in was quick snd easy.we agreed a preferred floor for our stay and were happy to be given a room next door to our daughter and granddaughter as requested.
The room was clean and bright and was changed on the days we required and always cleaned to a high standard.
Breakfasts were busy even though we changed times to find a quieter time, however there was always plenty of food available and it was always warm. Everything was tasty and fresh. We were welcomed each day whilst giving our room numbers and loved the friendliness of those doing so especially Jennie. Tables were cleaned quickly and plates removed as soon as food was consumed
The hotel is in a great location close to all amenities
