Very poor, from the switchboard to the front desk. When overseas hotels ask for help, no one is willing to help. Even the Chinese who can speak Mandarin are unwilling to help you. Calling either means it can’t be handled or it can’t be operated. I just want to You can’t do this or that. You only check in guests. As one of the best hotels in New York, the price is more than 10,000 per night. I don’t know why it’s so bad. The switchboard is very impatient after making too many calls. In the end, I hung up without even saying a word. I have never encountered such a bad hotel. The most common express hotel in China also knows how to respect others. You really don’t even have the most basic respect.
