Beautiful on the outside, magnificent on the inside ♥️ Spacious rooms and fully functional shower. Perfect location for the subway and a diner around the corner. Highly Recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Old fashioned classic hotel. The neighborhood is very convenient, small convenience stores, ATM machines, and breakfast shops are all very close.

I am currently staying at this hotel and come to NY several times a year. The rooms are decent size for NY and the location is great for walking. That said, it is clear that the priority is not their hotel guests but rather private parties that they host in the common areas that are then closed off to hotel guests (with no notice). On Thursday night the music was so loud that it felt like we were inside a night club-despite being told we were in a "quiet" room. Upon calling, the front desk said there was a party they didn't know about. This evening we attempted to go to the bar in the hotel and just found out it was shut down for another private event (note that the bar is listed as an amenity for the hotel that guests pay for). What is the most disappointing is the absolute ambivalence from the staff. If you are expecting service at IHG level then you will be disappointed-I would recommend staying somewhere else where guest experience is a consideration.

The service here was impeccable. Elton and Brandon were beyond professional and resolved any hiccups swiftly. My guest really enjoyed the suite and upgrade. Definitely worth a return reservation.
