This hotel is not made for families. It was not worth the price we payed for New Years Eve! This place is just alright

Nice hotel modern but has no microwaves and to mention the balcony was messy and stuff was on it. Which that shouldn’t have been. Floor could have been a little cleaner as well and pillows could have been fluffier. Associates are nice very pleasant though.

Had a great week at the Boro hotel. As we came on our room (Manhattan Balcony Kingsize bed) we were overwhelmed by the view had. The rooms are very simple a wardrobeis missing but atleast you have the option to hang some clothes. Every two days we had room services. This was requested by us. You can have it daily if necessary. Cleaning was all good. Coffe in the morning and a glas of wine in the evening is provided by the hotel. The hotel is an very good starting point to explore NYC. All connections by train from the airport and into downtown manhatten are acailable ＜ 5min walk. Have a good stay! Request a toilet brush 😉

Wonderful staff and cleanly. However pictures farrrrr sell this place. Everything feels super cheap and comparable to sleeping in an abandoned auto shop. I couldn’t catch a night of sleep on what felt like cardboard! And paid 30$ for a “rose petal” setup that made my boyfriend and I burst out in laughter due to the one pack of faux roses from dollar general that were thrown on the bed. Could change the channel on the tv because the cable box was place improperly; which management was aware of. I was instructed to get up and point the remote in a certain angle. Basically we made the best of it.

Great service! The restaurant food was top notch! High quality overall, most recommended. I would recommend this hotel fot sure. Everyone there is quite welcoming and made us feel very comfortable! Definitely check out the great food at the restaurant!

It's a nice hotel, convenient to getting into the city. The restaurant was very good and the staff in the restaurant were very nice. My one complaint was we booked a Manhattan view and the room given was not a Manhattan view. We went back to the front desk and asked were the view was and they said that was not a Manhattan view room. They switched our room to a Manhattan view which was incredible. In the halls you could smell pot each day, luckily it did not come into our room.
