Excellent location to restaurants, bars and subway stations with direct lines to Manhattan. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel was at the perfect location for what we need it. It was close enough to the train station. The front desk people was not the friendliest but the hotel was clean and the room was not very big but the bed was really comfortable and clean. The complementary breakfast was good enough to start the day. The hotel looked new and clean.

First of all, the room that i was originally given, the thermostat was broken. They kept telling me it wasn't , but it obviously was! I asked them for a refund and was about to leave because the room was ALSO dirty upon arrival, and they offered me another room. The second room was cleaner with a WORKING THERMOSTAT. Therefore, I believe they knew before hand that the original room had a broken thermostat. Also, they did a "validation charge" of the full amount of the hotel before hand, without telling me, and then charged my card AGAIN of the same amount. That's not what it says on the hotel description- it says $100 for accidentals that is refunded afterwards. They didn't do that- you're charged IN FULL twice and one large payment is held until who knows when (depends on the bank). So yeah needless to say I was not happy!

Comfort Inn hotel is a nice and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and good facilities. Good connections with subway to the city. Quiet neighborhood & no traffic noises
