The air conditioner was very loud and I couldn't sleep with it on. Fortunately, the weather was good and I didn't need the air conditioner. The breakfast was very, very simple and the coffee was the worst I've ever had, bar none! The surroundings were a bit messy, but for Chinese tourists, it was very convenient because there were Chinese restaurants. The service was not good because I had to tell the front desk in advance if I wanted to clean the room. We didn't make an appointment, so the room was not cleaned.

To be honest, the hotel's hardware facilities are not as good as a mid-range hotel in a county in China, and Vienna is far better than it. The room facilities are relatively old and the quilt is hard. The air conditioner was very noisy and kept getting hot and cold. The location is very good, with shopping malls and restaurants nearby, just a few minutes walk. A simple combined Chinese and Western breakfast is provided, including Western-style eggs and meatloaf, Chinese-style fried rice, porridge and pickles.
