The hotel is very small, it may be that every inch of land in New York is expensive! Although the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs!
The quilt on the bed was not a quilt at all but a blanket, and then another layer was still very thin. Make do with it!

We were looking to spend a few days at Coney Island. The hotel was one of the closest, but still a 15-20 minute walk away, which is not particularly close. You have to walk by a busy cement yard and numerous auto repair shops to get there. Despite the walk, we were able to visit all the area sites without any problems. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. There were a variety of items for breakfast and the woman worked very hard to keep the food stocked during the morning rush. All in all, we had a good stay and it was worth the price.

thermostat did not work, we couldn't sleep all night, smelled like smoking everywhere.
