Best Western Brooklyn-Coney Island Inn Reviews

We were looking to spend a few days at Coney Island. The hotel was one of the closest, but still a 15-20 minute walk away, which is not particularly close. You have to walk by a busy cement yard and numerous auto repair shops to get there. Despite the walk, we were able to visit all the area sites without any problems. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. There were a variety of items for breakfast and the woman worked very hard to keep the food stocked during the morning rush. All in all, we had a good stay and it was worth the price.

Excellent service: fast check-in, attentive staff and daily high-quality full room cleaning. The hotel offers unlimited hot drinks 24/7. The most necessary medicines at a reasonable price. The room is spacious, hygienic, newly renovated. Comfortable bathroom. 3-5 minutes walk to the metro, 10 minutes to the legendary Coney Island. For Europeans, the WIFI speed left much to be desired, but this is a US feature. For NYC the price per room is reasonable. I recommend visiting.

20min drive from JFK. 15 minutes from the large beach of Coney Island and its walkway as well as the famous Luna Park. Good breakfast. Parking facilities

The hotel is very small, it may be that every inch of land in New York is expensive! Although the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs! The quilt on the bed was not a quilt at all but a blanket, and then another layer was still very thin. Make do with it! Breakfast can be full, and it is simple and fast food.

Hotel was ok. Wouldn't stay here again. Room had a musty smell. Bathroom space was very small, no room for much on the vanity counter. We found a hair in one of the towels. Breakfast area very small and not much room for seating. We chose to have breakfast elsewhere.

Nice location. Central to everywhere that we need to go, i.e., central Brooklyn and Manhattan, both by vehicle and public transportation. Within walking distance to 2 train stations.

This was my first visit to New York. The subway was easily accessible with a short walk from the hotel. Onsite parking was much appreciated!

I enjoyed my stay. The room and the bed were comfortable.The breakfast was excellent. The area is quiet which I love. I will revisit and also recommend.

A good Best Western hotel. Nothing fancy but convenient for a short stay. Close to the subway station.

There is ample free parking in their lot and the main road. Hotel is clean, friendly, everything you could want. It is not somewhere you would walk around though. Mainly in an industrial area with auto body shops and garages. If you don't mind that or have a car to get you to the area with stores and restaurants then you get a lot for your money staying at this place. I would go again as long as I have my car.

1st room- no heat, and bathroom sink had no hot water & made a loud, horrible noise. Housekeeping came to look at issues; "fixed" sink but not heat. We insisted on another room. 2nd Room was by an elevator & it was noisy all night on that floor.
