The hotel is very clean, but small. The well room faces the office building, and the Empire State Building can be seen from the top floor. The view is excellent, but it was outsourced by the hotel. The service attitude at the front desk is also very average, but although the hotel is small and well-equipped, there is a printer at the front desk. The location is excellent and relatively safe. Nothing strange happened during my 2 days stay 😂

I booked a stay at the Hyatt Centric for 3 nights at an extra charge "on a high floor". I got a room on the 11th floor, which was....with a view of the courtyard completely closed on all sides, against other windows. The surrounding higher 6 floors hid not only the view, but even the light - while staying in the room, you couldn't tell if it was raining or the sun was shining. Extra charge for nothing.
