I booked two rooms for 10 days for 3 people. The hotel staff were pleasant and friendly. Two complementary bottles of water in our rooms and a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch, on check in. They also provided two free drink vouchers for the lobby bar after our first 5 nights (for 3 people and 20 nights, seemed a bit odd to get 2 drinks, but ah well, better than nothing, I guess?). Service in the lobby bar is extremely slow and painful. Most of the servers ignore you and don’t seem to want to help at all. It’s like you are interrupting their day by being there. I can’t comment on the food, it was hard enough to get a drink. Tried it a few times and the experience was always the same. Rooms were fine, we were facing the back (4th floor parking garage) and could hear a metal panel on the road being driven over all night (sounded like fireworks, the first night, but got used to it). The elevators are super slow, but being on the fourth floor we just took the stairs. Bathrooms were a good size and had a bathtub (although the only time I got bath products was from the bellman the 1st night). Location was fine for us. I booked based on the reviews. Not sure I would stay here again. Nice hotel, just not as amazing as I was led to believe and lobby bar service needs severe help.
