Good - comfortable bed, clean, location in LES
Bad - noisy (bars around are open late plus general street noise. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep before 2am), furniture is old and cheap, room is quite small but fine for a solo traveler, they do not clean the rooms
A good room for a short trip when you’re not spending much time in there. Make sure you have access to email as they send all the check in info (there is no check in desk, it’s all codes/virtual)

Very much a budget hotel. Room is not much bigger than the bed. However, it would be hard to beat the price and location. Hotel is on top of the 2nd avenue subway station.

Booked this hotel in the past because it is a black away from where my son lives. Somehow, booked the wrong dates. Even though I have stayed at the hotel before and would have stayed at the hotel many times again, they would not refund my money. I come to New York at least six times a year. Do the math. Certainly, would have made the money back for a refund of a room they will rent out again. The only reason I stayed at the hotel is because of the convenience to my son’s apartment and the cost. Otherwise, the room is very small and uncomfortable.
