After negotiating to let me stay one more night, they actually said that the other room would not be refunded (two rooms in one order, and the other room is for the child). 5. They took the initiative to inform me of the situation on time and tracked it. In the end, Ctrip paid for the hotel first. Still haven't gotten my money back.
